Orders for these types of extra work should be submitted in advance, at least one week prior to the date of the request.
Every customer of ours makes a reservation for our cleaning services. All changes or cancellations of scheduled cleaning should be communicated to us at least 7 days in advance. If you decide to cancel our services less than 3 days before the work was scheduled, you will be billed 50% of the cost of that day’s services.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if any member of your household has seasonal infections, please call us to reschedule your cleaning session. In order to prevent spreading any seasonal infections to our valued customers, any of our employees who are ill will not work until they’re well. Please help us make our work easier by helping prevent the spread of seasonal infections.
We work during holidays. If you’d like to reschedule a cleaning session because it falls on a holiday that you plan to celebrate, please call us in advance to schedule another date.
